On the first page after logging in to the customer area, you can access your music requests by clicking on the 'Plan My Event' link.
On the second page, you should click on the 'Requests' link. This will bring you to the section where you can request music, and view any songs that you have requested previously.
On the third page, you can enter the details of your song. You can do this manually by entering in the Artist and Song title, or by searching the database by entering in the Artists name or title of the song.
If you are searching for songs by Artists name, remember to put the Artists Surname first.
For example. To search for 'Bryan Adams' enter 'Adams, Bryan'. The comma is important!
If you can't find your song in our database, you can manually enter in the details by clicking on the 'Requests' link. If we don't have the song,and it's available for legal purchase, we'll get it!
