Customer area
When you book your event with us, we create a copy of your account on our online system.
Here you can update the information on your event, manage your account and upload music playlists.
Guest area
Here your guests can login to your account using their password, and make music requests for the event.
No personal information from the customer area is available to guests.
Please note that this part of the site may not be available for all events, at the request of the event organiser.
Username and passwords
When you book a new event with us, you will either be emailed your username and password, or receive these details by post with your booking confirmation. If you have an event booked with us, and do not have the information to access your online account, contact us and we'll provide this information as soon as possible.
You can login to your account at any time, and change your passwords.
